Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms apply to anyone listing services on VZgate. They are in addition to the general Terms of Service.
1. Verification
Vendors must complete identity, business, and credential verification before publishing services. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate removal.
2. Service listings
All services must include clear deliverables, fair milestone structure, and accurate pricing. Our team may review service structure, clarity, milestone balance, and compliance with marketplace rules before publishing.
3. Communication
Vendors must respond to client inquiries within the timeframes published on the platform and may not move conversations or payments off VZgate.
4. Milestones and payouts
Vendors are paid as students approve each milestone. Payouts are sent through regulated payment partners. Payout availability, methods, and timing depend on country, payout method, vendor eligibility, and supported partners.
5. Prohibited practices
- Guaranteeing visa, admission, scholarship, or government outcomes
- Submitting false documents on behalf of clients
- Charging undisclosed fees outside the platform
- Soliciting reviews in exchange for compensation
6. Suspension and removal
Repeated disputes, low milestone-approval rates, or violations of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from VZgate.
7. Independent contractor
Vendors are independent professionals or businesses, not employees or agents of VZgate. Vendors are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
