These Terms govern your use of VZgate, a trust-layer marketplace that helps international students discover verified providers, book structured services, track progress, and use milestone-based payment workflows. By using VZgate you agree to these Terms.
1. What VZgate is
VZgate is a marketplace and accountability layer. We are not a visa consultant, education agent, immigration lawyer, or government agency. VZgate does not guarantee visa approvals, school admission, scholarships, travel approval, or any government decision.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to register. Vendors must be a registered business or licensed professional able to deliver the services they list.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or marketplace rules.
4. Bookings and milestones
Services on VZgate are structured into clear milestones with defined deliverables. Students approve milestones as work is completed. Payment release follows the milestone workflow described at the time of booking.
5. Protected payments
Payments are processed by regulated payment partners. Funds are released after milestone approval according to the workflow shown at checkout. Payment availability, payout timing, refund handling, and protected payment features may vary by country, payment method, vendor eligibility, compliance review, and supported payment partners.
6. Disputes
If a milestone is rejected or a service is not delivered as scoped, the VZgate dispute team will review messages, deliverables, scope, and marketplace rules and decide the outcome. Decisions are made in good faith but VZgate cannot guarantee any specific outcome.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Misrepresenting identity, credentials, qualifications, or services
- Attempting to move conversations or payments off-platform
- Submitting fraudulent documents
- Harassment, discrimination, or unlawful behavior
8. Intellectual property
VZgate and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VZgate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. VZgate is not responsible for vendor service quality, government decisions, or outcomes outside its control.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
