Students applying to study abroad, plus vendors and agencies offering visa consulting, school application support, document review, test prep, housing, travel, and scholarship support. Every vendor goes through identity, business, and credential verification before being listed.

Creating a student account is free. Vendors pay a service fee only on completed transactions — no monthly subscriptions or hidden listing fees.

Payments are processed by regulated payment partners. Funds are released to the vendor as you approve each milestone — for example after document review, application submission, or interview prep is delivered.

If a milestone is not delivered as scoped, you can open a dispute from the milestone card. The VZgate team reviews messages, deliverables, and marketplace rules and decides the outcome.

Payment availability, methods, payout timing, and refund handling may vary by country, payment method, vendor eligibility, compliance review, and supported payment partners.

Every vendor must submit government-issued ID, proof of business registration, professional credentials, and references. We also review past work and student feedback before approving a listing.

Yes. Every verified vendor profile shows real student reviews, success rates, response times, and a transparent breakdown of completed services.

You can report any vendor directly from their profile or from your booking page. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours and may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

Browse verified vendors by destination country, specialty (e.g. student visa, work visa, language prep), language spoken, and pricing. Compare reviews and book a free intro chat before paying.

As long as a milestone has not been approved, you can request to cancel and the VZgate team will review and resolve the open milestone balance based on what (if anything) was delivered.

Absolutely. We never share your documents or personal details with anyone outside the specific vendor you've chosen, and you can revoke access at any time.
