Student Terms

These Student Terms apply when you use VZgate to find and book services from verified providers. They are in addition to the general Terms of Service.

1. What you can expect

VZgate gives you access to verified providers, clear service scopes, milestone-based bookings, and protected payments. VZgate does not guarantee visa approvals, school admission, scholarships, or government decisions.

2. Reviewing services

Read the milestone breakdown, deliverables, and reviews before booking. Ask questions through the in-platform chat before paying.

3. Approving milestones

You approve each milestone as the vendor completes it. Approval releases that portion of the payment to the vendor.

4. Disputes

If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, open a dispute from the milestone card. The VZgate team reviews and decides the outcome.

5. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate personal, academic, and financial information to your chosen vendor. Vendors cannot deliver effectively with inaccurate information.

6. No outcome guarantees

VZgate and its vendors cannot guarantee government decisions. Visa, admission, and scholarship outcomes depend on factors outside the vendor's and VZgate's control.
